The Health Departments data are somwhat different than the
CDCs. For example, the CDC shows 342 cases on 7/5/2020, while the Health Department shows 334.
2021-04-07 I could not find data after 4/1 on the DHD website. I called them, and they are now only updating weekly. Given the present uncertainties, this is very unfortunate. They referred me to michigan.gov, but I can only find totals, not daily cases. I suppose I can subtract totals each day, but this seems pretty cumbersome.
USAFacts lists daily cases by county, but no tabular data. The NY Times lists daily cases by county, and has a daily news mailing that looks promising.
Here is today's warning from the NYT
"Oceana County is at an extremely high risk level for Covid-19 infections. The average number of new cases in Oceana County fell to 11 yesterday, a 9 percent decrease from the day before. Since January of last year, at least 1 in 13 people who live in Oceana County have been infected, and at least 1 in 519 have died."
Their graph allowed me to fill in the blanks after April Fools' Day.[

Following are the data for 49449, the Pentwater zip code. Among other things, they raise the question of how cases are assigned geographically.
The population for this zip is 2,484.[
1]. As of March 26, 2021, we would have had 4670 cases per 100K population. For comparison, the number for our state is 7,246. [
2] and Oceana County is 7,113. Worldwide, this places us between Romania and Ireland. [
